Today, we're announcing a partnership with Saint Francis University (SFU) to bring production-grade hospitality technology into the classroom and accelerate workforce readiness. SFU students and faculty will gain hands-on access to Golden News' self-service kiosks, IoT sensors, and a hotel operations job management system-plus CTO-led lectures that translate industry practice into actionable learning.

By integrating real tools, real data, and real-world mentorship, this partnership helps students build in-demand capabilities while giving faculty current industry context.

What the partnership includes

This partnership provides SFU with integrated technology access and practitioner-led learning designed to translate theory lectures into practical experience:

• Self-service kiosk: Enabling check-in/out, upselling, payments, and end-to-end guest journey with little or no human intervention.
• IoT sensors: Powering temperature, humidity sensing, and environmental analytics for operational and sustainability insights.
• Job management system: Orchestrating dispatch, housekeeping, and maintenance workflows, SLA tracking, and performance dashboards.
• Mobile guest ordering: a digital service platform for hotels to expand their service offerings and availability via guests' devices.
• CTO-led lectures: provide theoretical lessons and practical case studies on AI, e-commerce, VR/AR, and cybersecurity.
