Software Engineer, Front-End
Responsibilities
As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for building the next generation of travel experience for Self-Service Kiosk Systems.
As part of the HSX Team, you will be helping to build different functionalities for the kiosk, including reservation management, check-in/-out and many more.
Design and architect front end web applications
Design user experience flow following good design principles/languages (e.g. Material Design)
Work with backend engineers to build end-to-end application experience.
Key Qualification
BS degree in computer science or equivalent field (Master is a plus)
Experience building pixel-perfect, robust and accessible user interfaces on the web
Proficient in one or more JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or equivalent.
Understanding of web development including security and API integration
Create design patterns in Web UI that are reusable cross-browser compatible and responsive
Understanding of web analytics, accessibility, standards and SEO techniques
Work in a cross-functional team with backend developers, marketing teams and other developers.
Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams located in different locations
